hi currently have a mini in barbados which is where i live i need more speed i have the 1300cc mini metro engine with and extractor thats all what would be a safe ammount of boost to be puching with that engine as it is and would a dump valve be entirely necessary?

um just one last thing what would the bhp look like after i rebuild the engine and am pushing my 12psi of boost?
thanks again will be posting pics of the ride when i get a chance it has on a custom made bodykit with box flares i love it
