been having a surf around and a common mod is to use a T3 actuatr on a T2 turbo what do you gain from this? i tought a 10psi actuator was just that regardless of turbo Crystal Sound Audio said:

Only thing i can think of is that you would most likely end up with a better sealing pressure on your wastegate. A larger diameter actuator with larger diaphram will also have a stronger spring, so before it sees boost the pressure applied to the wastegate would be higher. Can't make my mind up if this would give you less creep on wastegate as boost rises. |

I'm using a T2 billet one bought new for about £50. they're loads smaller so should help installation as space is always tight in that area. |
