Staffordshire or Northamptonshire

For road or track ?

Id run the vent up and loop it back down and out the floor. For track use you'd need a valve in there.

First mini turbo to get in the 12's & site perv

Herefordshire

in my err, moped days i used to run the carb overflow pipe and loop it round twice, this would stop the fuel pouring out when encouraging wheelies from the monsterous 49cc's

It's for road in the spare wheel well of my metty turbo. I took the std tank off to do some welding and can't be bothered to put it back on again, after all the hassle getting it off.

Also is it ok to have the battery (in a battery box) next to the tank.

you can use a valve but some times the fuel lays on top of the valve and it dont vent right so just loop the pipe and go out the boot floor that is ok
