Arghhhhhh, these guys do my head it. I ordered some parts with them last friday, with 24hr Delivery. Spent £140. Phoned them up today (4 working days later) I phoned them to ask where it all is. their responce:

"oh, we're waiting on the carpet, it might come in today but it might not."

Thanks for keeping me informed guys, whats the harm with sending a little email saying things have been delayed.

This happened with an exhaust aswell after a while i cancelled it, then it turned up 2 months later, so i sent it back.

Poor customer reltions IMO!!!

4 yrs ago on my first big build i spend £800 with them, however the amount of stuff that was wrong, missed out and charged for, and inconvience that they gave me made sure that i never used them to this day

Yea i think this is my last time with them so now thats Minisport, Minispeed, Hudds crossed off my list of not to use

Minispares charge a fortune for delivery and someford charge a fortune anyway.

Is there any good ones out there??

I have always found minispares fantastic on delivery... i think the most I have ever paid delivery with minispares is £8.00 that was for an exhaust/link pipe and some other bits and bobs... it arrived next day to..

Mini spares are great as long as you use the north in Harrogate.

I can't remember why I hate Minisport so much it was that long ago I stopped using them. Steer clear.

Minits are great I have used them in the past. It was a while ago but their prices were cheaper and they didn't muck up my order or delivery (as some have so far!).

yup, i've used a minits few times and they're great. I'm not a big fan of mail order, prefer to pop in and make sure what i'm getting. the blokes in there are really sound and give you decent advice.

yea, i just downloaded their price list. can't see any reason to complain at the prices

Got a set of slotted S discs and Mintex pads there ages ago, got them REALLY cheap... Couldn't find they're website but go it now thanks! www.min-its.com

Well here is one.. I orered some parts 3 months ago over the net.. never hurd back from them they had not charged my card.. so I gave in..

Got to work today saying the parts have been shipped.. looked on the bank card and they charged me last week.

I cant even remember what i ordered... :(

That really is pathetic. If I were you I would be ringing them up and asking for my 24hr delivery costs back......

i got he rest of my stuff 8 days ago, so this is being sent with no postage charge

right enough is enough, i phoned them last night when my carped still hadn't arrived. only to find out it hasn't been sent.

been a long time since this was posted but minisport have done a good one with me too.
orderd seats head rests and rear seat bench got the seats 2 month later get the rear bench but the head rest were wrong wankers!

It's a while since they were last slagged off so I took a gamble last wednesday and ordered some stuff. First time I've used them, and probably the last.
They say 48hrs to "process" an order before dispatch then 24-48hrs to deliver.
After 6 days with no dispatch confirmation, I email them - nothing.
Today (7 days) I re-send the email and get a reply back with a great long list of what they DON'T have in stock (virtually the whole £400 order, and all common parts) and no information whatsoever as to when they will have them but "their supply department are chasing it now".....

Ive had the same problem with minisport. Parts not turning up.Silly postage prices and refunes that never happen. im not using them again

I'm stupid Ive A fiesta with most of the bits to make my megajolt thingy. Thick or what!!!! OHHHHH and ive got a metro for free !!!!! Metros have become rare over here!!!!!!!!!

Took delivery on a large parcel from minisport a month ago, everything i ordered was in there, carpet, 3-core rad, radius arms pins etc. etc. God prices on the parts and fast delivery (to sweden).

Will use them again, maybe for a set of r32:s seems to be the cheapest around

Maybe they provide better survice to customers abroad or i´m a lucky bastard!

I always go in person after calling to see what they have in stock, so am rarely disappointed! They always seem to give me really good service as well, but I'm usually there a couple of times a month!

Well, another week went by with no delivery and no contact but after three times of asking them I finally got the answer back that "we're just waiting for the brake discs now..."
"we won't have these discs until the end of May...."

Now those are their actual words (eMail)...

So standard 7.5" discs take at least 8 (eight) weeks from MiniSport, and that's only if you chase them up.

Make your own mind up.
