My name is Shayne and I'm addicted to Minis. Got my first Mini when I was 13 and still own it though never finished it. Right now I own a 68, and a 79. The 79 has a 3" chop along with a well warmed 1380.
The 79 is the project that is going Turbo. Have a TD04 and a Megasquirt standalone along with a LM-1 wideband.
My current vehicle for everyday use is a 2000 Toyota Tacoma 2.4L 4 cyl. which I run a TD06 Turbo all components built by myself.
Current occupation is a purchasing agent for a Oilfield manufacturing company base out of Nisku, Alberta. I have journeryman tickets in Welding and Millwright.
I'm sure glad to have stumbled to this site, and hope to contribute to the group as time goes on. Thanks, shayne
