what are people using the standard t3 at eg what boost pressure cheers "Can I legally marry people now that I am ordained in the Church of the SubGenius?" aka i know jack sh"t

i have a 10 psi actuator and bled it up to 14 last year with no probs Crystal Sound Audio said:

what your saying that you could use a standard t3 turbo without the 360 degree bearings and cut down exahust turbine to 18 psi with out it self destructing in 1 minute "Can I legally marry people now that I am ordained in the Church of the SubGenius?" aka i know jack sh"t
