Erm not sure what format the minidisc tracks are?

However I downloaded for free a thing called "WavePad" which will open all the music formats I have come across, and then will save them as any other music format, so I'd guess there is something you could do?

Although what have you got on Minidisc that you don't have on CD? As I use Minidiscs but do it the other way round, e.g. copy the CD onto the Minidisc for use in the car etc, as Minidiscs are more durable than CD's.

Mini Disk LP is basically the disk treated as a data device and mp3's loaded onto it like an mp3 cd player.

If you dont have an LP minidisk (the older/normal sort) Then all I can think would be to hook the mini disk players line out or headphone out to your soundcards input- play the tracks whilst phsically recoding them on the pc as wav files - from these they can be recoded and compressed into other formats including mp3.

It will mean however you will have to play the full songs to record them - so quite time consuming....

Ive jsut re read and you want them on cd... Burning wav's to cd (this is effectively creating standard uncomressed cd audio) will be the thing to to for best quality
