Tee number 7 into the pipe that goes from No 1 to the plenium

Change needle and spring to turbo ones

So the float chamber doesnt need pressurizing then??? through the float bowl vent tube....( i was told this)

Yes the fuel pressure and the air pressure above the float must be higher than the boost pressure, which is due to the plenium outlet (senser pipe)being the carb side of the restricter

You don't need to connect 7 to anything - just block it off. Same with 8.
6 is fuel inlet - as described.

So long as you use the plenum with the restrictor at the mouth of the carb, and a hole that lines up with the (horizontal) internal porting just below 3 and 7 then the carb will be pressure sensitive.

Also - to make a decent job of it though, pull the carb apart, and machine a groove to take an o-ring between the body and dashpot cover. The O-ring incidentally is the same as the one between the body and float bowl cover.
Also, reverse the outer lip seals on the throttle spindles and choke.
