In my humble opinion I can't see much advantage to the MS2. It is better and has the potential to have many more features. At the moment if you use the Extra code on the MS1 you will have more features than you need.

which version of megatune do you recomend to run edis and which code varient

whatever teh stable release is at the time. if you need extra features you can go with an alpha release. this applies to both MSNS-e and MSII turbo 16v k-series 11.9@118.9 :)
