Hi all just a few questions
do i have to use ms 2 to run ford edis ignition?
does any one have a ms simulator boar i can by either in kit or built
im using the v3 board if this helps

IIRC MS2 only works with the v3 board...

you want it anyway its a much better system IMO.

I have a stim you can borrow, or I can supply you a kit.

NO

Alex, You can use the MS2 with the V2.2 board no problem.

In my humble opinion I can't see much advantage to the MS2. It is better and has the potential to have many more features. At the moment if you use the Extra code on the MS1 you will have more features than you need.

If the guys get the A series EFI working you will need the MS2 as that is where the code is being written, but you can upgrade later if you decide to go that route.

which version of megatune do you recomend to run edis and which code varient

whatever teh stable release is at the time. if you need extra features you can go with an alpha release. this applies to both MSNS-e and MSII
