They are made by John Kimmins who runs a gold 1380 in class c at Avon Park. He is usually in the top 3 or 4.
Good man, have a lot of time for him.
I may be stocking some of his parts in the near future hopefully.
Paul

I seriously doubt it!

back arms £88 carl, I assume thats each. thats bloody cheap IMO, not sure how they make any profit on that. The material alone would be close to that

I see they do red and purple flywheel assemblies. That fact that they do this is enough for me to stay clear! CHAVS!!

Now I might be going a little bit overboard here, but I'm thinking that radius arm might not be overly light - or as light as the cast (hollow) KAD units at least (which are a similar price)...

I wonder how much a 40mm thick slab of alloy is - and how easilly you could just get the 'outlines' water-jet cut, then hgave the holes bored through for?
I'm pretty sure someone could do a 'budget' version for less than $500 a pair!

*happy* Would be worth looking into though. its only a case of doing a CAD model and finding a good cnc place

right men based on the price i have been getting from a car friendly cnc shop for my billet wheel centres , i think you'll find that UKmmachine shop prices are a lot more than you think. whilst my new billet centres are no too bad other parts i have had priced are getting pricey to the point where unlessiorder 20 lots its not worth doing throuh them..
basically UK rates are very high compared to elsware..
if anyone thinks they can do better then give it a go , .

Agree that milling is pricy - and there is enough work in these arms to warrant the price for sure.. What I'm suggesting is a 'poor mans option'...
Get that cut from a solid plate of Aluminium with water-jet cutting (pretty cheap if you provide the geometry) and then have a fixture for boring the holes.

i had a lengthy chat with the chap at the show, i was amazed at the weight of the arms and some of the other bits. They do trumpets for NA stuff aswell in a large range of sizes though i wasnt too sure of their subframe bolts.

I've seen the future and tbh its Pie
