I am currently using a bonded clutch plate nailed down with a grey diaphragm on a billet ultra light flywheel and backplate, the problem is im getting clutch slip in third and fourth with just 134Bhp at the wheels (is a turbo lump).... is this right??? Have checked clutch seal etc...... any advice guys!

Three driving straps on your flywheel no doubt?

Reduce to two, machine backplate lug height to 23.5mm, and it's as good as it can be. After that - it's a double grey or a sintered plate.

Thanks guys will try that. With a double grey cover how long will the thrust washers last???
