well know doubt most people will no this anyway but ill repaet it for those who dont.

I got my clerace right by making a gasket (I got our aprentice to make it when we were quite) I needed to lose 10 thou Edited by AllanMcD on 5th Feb, 2006. |

seems to be quiet a difference between different gasket manufactors to what thickness papers they use.

Great point mate, not sure that some new people on here will no that the gaskets are so different! well done again! Best 1/4 mile 13.2 seconds @116 mph

mine was well tight i had to machine the casing in the end all the thrusts i had were to small and the smallest i could get was to small enough no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.

thats were cheep gaskets come into there own especially when they are on average 5 thou over thickness
