Is this oil level with the engine running e.g. oil distributed round the galleries etc, or with the engine stopped and oil allowed to drain back to sump?

when oil is at max it comes to half way up the layshaft so realy you want your oil level to be at max all the whilst not spending most of its time at min as this can also contripute to premeture ejactulation sorry shaft failure which both could runine your sex life or worse your sc gearbox. lol hmm so does that mean that if i also keep my oil topped up, i will also have luck with the ladies? |

I cant see that keeping the oil level this high would help, when the engine is running it will be everytwhere anyway. Thus will not be above the layshaft centerline then. It could maybe help a little if you are running a splash tray, but then people often tend to run less oil at the same time... |
