yeah - I don't honestly understand the globs of weld on the ends. The weld you can see wasn't even attached to the car - but there were five spot-welds aswell... Very strange. On 17th Nov, 2014 Tom Fenton said:

i hope you have considered how removing these plates will weaken the whole structure of the mini's moncoque bodyshell.
