Alrighty then - those Renault 5 GTT units are, apparently, water-cooled. Now I took this to mean that a feed from the cooling system is spliced into a feeder line into the turbo and the water run through the centre shaft. However, my mate now tells me that a "water-cooled" T2 unit from a R5 GTT is actually oil-cooled with the oil feed going through an integrated run in the front radiator!

How have ppl adapted these water-cooled T2s? Where do you guys link the oil feeds to and from? I have a R5 GTT oil cooler and the standard Metro Turbo one too - should I use these??

My sister is so fit I won't show anyone her picture

Lake District

As far as i know they are "water cooled", not oil cooled. They will obviously have an oil feed for the bearings but, they are also joined in line of the cooling system and the water passes through the Turbo housing.
