I think I have something you might recognize! If so please email me at FrancescoZ@sbcglobal.net. I would love to chat about the mini. The motor blew and I am in the process of getting it back on the road. I'd love to hear anything you have to say about the car.

Ciao
Francesco

Several years ago, I thought that this was TurboDave's car as they both were Daves, and both had turbos.

What was the history behind this car, was it as fast as I once thought on the MiniPower video??

It was not as fast or powerfull as some.

it ran a watercooled T2
1293cc
SCCR/oil fed layshaft.
Tranx LSD
Avonbar head
Fiat Punto intercooler.

It ran low 15 quaters if i remember correctly.

It was BRG in colour before with a well sorted 1380 in it.

After seeing this mini on the mini power video I decided to go Turbo.....

Video's which involve fast cars are such a bad influence on young minds....

I was one of the best Minis i have ever seen, the bloke who built it is a perfectionist.

Fiat blitz blue and a sassy grey roof was is the colour.

The bonnet vents are fiat panda on top and the front 3 holes are Fiat punto front valance!!...he worked for fiat!
