I think three bolts are missing from clutch/flywheel

hi im trying to follow the leyland manual to seperate my gerabox and engine,
Its dannys old 1040 engine, but it was rebuilt a few thousand miles ago by a lad that now works at moorspeed.

I took the end wok-plate off and i can see the different parts, its the first time ive done this. I have a flywheel remover tool, in the manual it says to remove the three bolts first. Well they arnt there! i can see the holes where they should be bolted into and the threads through the gaps in the clutch, but the bolts are missing!

How scarey is this! How critical are them three bolts?

The three holes you are on about are the ones the flywheel puller bolts go into. They are not used for anything else.
The three bolts the manual is telling you to remove are the three holding the diagphram to the pressure plate, to allow you to remove the diagphram out of the way.
