I've got a T2 (of sierra 1.8td origin, i kid you not) lying around in good shape. Is it of any use ? |

I belive not all turbo's are the same.... A t3 from a metro is different to a t3 from an RS Turbo Escort.

Re 65DM4, go to the scrappy! most metro's have em, and i also pinched some bits from a Ford escort... the internals and module are the same, but just a different base section.

I thought the sierra turbochargers were T15 units... They look smaller than the T2 in my mini (but i've never compared side-by-side).

oh, and silvia units are not neccesarilly the 'best' to go for - a far better unit is the Renault 5GT one! On 17th Nov, 2014 Tom Fenton said:

The only difference between a Metro T3 and a RS Turbo is the size of the exhaust housing.
