As above... I think I'm probably one of the newsest only 3 months, but had an engine or two for three years and a mini for 5 years LOL AlexF |

ive had my mini a year at the end of march and ive been turbod for a couple of months now and loving it no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.

first mini in 1997,a 1981 1000 hle which make me a mini addicted ,in the same year I bought an inno 1300 cooper wich have been completely retaured in the two next years and been 1380 powered.it have been sold since as I needed money , but I found an other one to restaure the same year :) , the guy gaved it to me as it have been accidented on the front, I started the job by removing the front end, and it still waiting for me since four years .....

I've had the mini since 1994 and it's been turbo'd for 4 years and running properly for about 2. Fastest 998 mini in the world? 13.05 1/4 mile 106mph

Got my first turbo engine in about 2000 and fitted it in 2002, then had 2 since and just bought another turbo mini last night, ill keep you all posted :) |

bought the car in 92, did the turbo conversion in 96.

think its 12 years now , at least.Done 9 showdowns , missed the 1st one , since then always run in classD , 1st time was against stu gurr and paul whiffen, those of us with a long memory will know which 2 cars i mean ,Mike C had his black std turbo , flan the man was in class C . Everyone knows that instructions only have to be read if the thing doesn't work....

Had the mini 2 years and 4 months, been turbo'd for 1 year and a month. Untill a couple of months back the car was in everyday use. |

mines been done 4 2 months now it was all uprated when i was buildin it so i dont have to do it in the future |

I have run turbo on my Mini since 1998, but each year is for cuple of month not drivable- because of modifications and repairings... |
