I just bought a turbocharged MIni. When I got it the heater was just hanging down on the clutch pedal. When I tried to fix it, the box in the firewall for the turbocharger keeps the heater too far from the brackets to hang the back of the heater right. How do you get around this. I need room for my foot on the clutch.... "Stick your foot in it" |

you need to mod the brackets at the rear of the heater and redrill the front holes so went you refit it you can move it to the left for more room on the clutch side 1293 Turbo mini

I'll try to figure out some new brackets. Can you believe someone would drive this thing around for years with the heater literally one inch from the clutch? "Stick your foot in it" |

I never had much room to use the clutch even after remounting - unless you ditch the origional front mounting point? |
