According to someone I know who does Mini7 racing, they use old second hand standard ones as a preferrence.
I seriously doubt it! |

I found the Red-dots a great improvement over the yellow-dots, but they are still a little soft for what I want.

I have seen some 7's use std donuts, but they put a large diameter ring in between the donut and the cone/hilo. i was told that the more contact gives more spring rate or something to that effect....? "Turbo's make torque, and torque makes fun"

i changed my doughnuts a lot, infact i've had 4 different sets on the car in the last year that my mini was on the road. The bigest problem i had with the red dots was the height, though its an easy fix, you do have to chop down the hi-lo to get it running more than an inch or two under standard height as they sit very high.
