any one got some internal diameters for the exhaust headers is there a optimum size? for turbo aplications what wall thickness are people using love that straight cut scream!!!

Ive been told to use a gasket as a template "Turbo's make torque, and torque makes fun"

yes i thought that ive just bought some 38.1 mm 304 stainless tube with a 2.6 mm wall thicness as my origional manifold has cracked three times now it was only made from an lcb though and a cheap one at that LOL had my moneys worth it lasted a year the first time and cracked twice since then love that straight cut scream!!!
