After much soul searching I have decided to close down.
I have been running the shop alongside my full time job at Aston Martin for a year now, and its going so well that I need to go full time and leave Astons. However I have only ever worked for Astons and am too scared to take the plunge.
Im still open for the next 3 months as thats the notice I had to give the landlord.
I will still be producing Sprint shells from home and can possibly be persuaded to take on some small jobs.
Paul

I seriously doubt it!

I'm not understanding if this is good news or bad news Paul?
Surely leaving Astons means full-time on the minis? Or am i missing something?

Oh well - good luck whichever course you follow.

The boring bloke who runs this place.

Berkshire

It's a bit of a shame. but truth be told, I'd rather work for aston than work on minis.

First mini turbo to get in the 12's & site perv

Herefordshire

how easy would it be to get back in at aston?

you can take the risk and see how it works out, if it all appears to be going a bit wrong then you can get back in there

otherwise you will always be wondering what if

i know how you feel about taking the plunge tho, i did it a year ago but everything worked out and i'm glad i did. As Nic says you'll always be wandering 'what if'. At least if you did try you can say you have it your best shot, and i imagine someone with your skills shouldnt have a problem getting a job if it didnt. I'd say take the plunge and give it a crack, could end up being the best thing u ever did, and you get paid doing something u enjoy :)
