I have read that you need to install a fuel regulator when running a metro turbo engine, Is this the case?
If so i know you have to run a return to the tank, does this mean i will have to drill and weld in an adaptor to the tank, or is there something to conect the return to the tank already in place.
please can you help.

yes mate, you will need a regulator. you can buy these new from many mini centers such as mini speed. it allows more fuel through as the boost pressure increases. so you will need a line from the plenum to the regulator. a return to the tank (either weld in a small piece of tube or buy an MPI/SPI cooper tank, as in the presvious post to yours).

there is a diagram of the connections in the "How to" section.

hope this is of some help

p.s. you sometimes see them on ebay, or someone on here may have one they can sell to u
