i'm really not sure on these doors! What do you think?

..and, isnt that grille off an MGB?!

new mini front bumper i reckon........ doesnt look right, sticks out way too far.... cant say im overly keen on either the doors or the rest of the kit..... and thats coming from one of the few people on here that like body kits......

And on the 7th day........... God created turbochargers!

In my view, imagine how much extra that must weigh over a standard mini. I can appreciate tasteful bodykits, one of my friends had his purple zeemax car featured in this months miniworld but even my then standard 998 could whoop ass over his stg1 kitted 998 with a million tonnes of ice and fibreglass!

Personally if i wanted something like that i would go and buy a lambo with the proper doors on it!!!! And the bodykit makes me want to vomit. The worst thing is they are up my neck of the woods in Norfolk, so whenever i go out into Norwich they all want to race, i will have the last laugh once my 16v is done!!!!

i see u and me have the same lines of thought pete!!! Now we just need to drive through the alpes to the days like these music and avoid that bulldozer in the tunnell!!!

tbh i quite like the doors, but not the bodykit.

ill get slated for saying that but im 19 and have a bodykit and a scooby bonnet scoop, so bothered

where did the image come from?

the way i see it is:

my car will never be the fastest in world, i can constantly tinker but i simply cant afford to spend thousands on my engine.

my car is also used as a promo car for my company so the more it stands out the better. if 2 out of 10 people look at it and call me a twat then so be it.

As ant said a kitted up 998 is pointless, but at least mine isnt all show 'n' no go...

ah yes but its the old each to there own arguement......

with my current mini when i picked it up some bloke said its the uglies mini he's ever seen lol yet everyone look twice when they see me

as for my kitted up mini, i havent got it running yet butwhen i removed it it was a 120bhp 1.3 turbo, so it does shift lol

Something I always try to bear in mind is that no matter how ghastly you think a car is, SOMEBODY LOVES IT.

he's got a point, but were not really talking about the appearance of the car, as from the outside it would look the same.
Its just when you go to open the door that you notice the difference.....

it looks like one of his comedy chav friends has tied the front panel to a lamp post at mcd's, whilst kev unknowingly reverses at high speed trying to impress shazza, resulting in a bent up front panel

im sure a blind person with no arms could fit a front panel for the same effect, but much cheaper

as for that lambo, it has to be one of my favourite lamos of all time the muira can i touch it please lol !!! looks better in red IMO as for the bodykit on the mini, not my cuppa, the bumpy does look like it came off an mgbgt, but that has been mentioned like
