NEW Update on RR - Time etc

Just spoke to Mike barratt, he's got a hot dog van coming (for those of you that were worried about food!)

Still really lacking in numbers, a few lads i know are bringing along non-mini's to do power runs if there's room jsut to make the numbers up but all mini's welcome, whatever you have

Right he wants us there for as near to 9am as possible, obviously there are a fair few travelling so if your going to be later on then we should still be ok. We'll have to spread them out. Its approx 15mins a run and he's putting one of his customers cars on at 9 (its running engine management, not sure if ignition or injection or both) so it should be interesting then we just sort the order from there.
We're also running a few non-minis to make the numbers up a bit but they still should be interesting.

If people still want to meet up then use the meeting thread, there can be meets at mine (knaith park, its only small so the autoroute finds it easy) and also at the address in the meeting thread. Ill be leaving mine at half 8ish as its about a 30min run.

If some of you do want yours setting up there may be some time towards the end for this but its a case of IF there is time.

All in all ins shaping up to be a good day

Right, date is confirmed (for details see other thread) so im going to need to be taking some deposits.

If we dont get enough deposits then the day will have to be cancelled. Hopefully there is enough interest to make it worth while. Either PM or email me for details on payment, easiest by cheque as there is no hassle. the balance will be due on the day as it depends how many of us there is there.

First come first served. Ill update this tread with people who have paid as and when.
