Mitsi Evo 7, 911, Cossie. & all the chavs ...... won no problem

theres many options jimmy

but the most popular sizes are 35.6mm inlets 30 or 31 ex if the valve seats are us!

minispares 214N racevalves give excellent results for the money

the cam choice is good too.

only my oppionion though.*smiley*

Chamber cc depends on what compression ratio your after. For example if you used the 18cc dished pistons in a 1380 which were flush with the deck at tdc and used a bk450 head gasket (2.8 cc compressed volume) then a 30cc head would give you 7.78-1cr.

from my calculations that would bring it to somewhere round the 9.5 - 9.6 :1 CR area.
dependant on how close the pistons come to the top of the block. if the pistons come flush its over 10 : 1! :S

i had trouble with high CR too but benross modded the chambers in it this time round and its about 8.5 : 1 now, i found the 1380 to drive very nicely on low boost with high compression, had some kick before the turbo turbo kicked in, and plenty more afterwards! but im after a bit more power now so the CR had to come down.

ive got 28cc in the chamber but my pistons come almost flush and im on about 8.5 : 1, havn't had it back on the road yet since the changes to the engine so i cant coment on how well it drives now

28cc would probibly give you low to mid 8's CR

don’t fit 11cc dish pistons the CR ratio is not the best you would only be able to run around 6ish psi of boost*frown*

go for the 18cc dish pistons. These together with the chambers opened out to 28 to 30 cc together with a well set up engine will give you 170 to 200 hp +

but a larger or more efficient intercooler would certainly be more beneficial

dont get me wrong the cossie 2WD is good but... giallofly upgraded from this & Squeezed a 4WD cossie one in & gained a whole 30BHP

dont for get the magic Exhaust elbow to fully compliment your spec will you!*wink*
