no i waited for this team a while great price great workmanship mind you i make them a cooked brakefast ever morning!

it goes a long way in promoting good will.

i just cant fault them its perfect!

it was going to be double skin beezblock & bricks with No cavit

but i decided to engineer it with a 75mm cavity so when iam not on this planet my son can easily convert this into a small bungalow which gives him mega coin for the future

heres the brickwork.

That is some cracking block work. Looking very good!

My next move will be to somewhere that has space to build a workshop (or has one already!)

not sure jim but i got a quote off this team
18.2k all in with over 2k of velux roof windows included

also all double glazing windows, side door & full remote steel security garador. 12ft wide, cavity wall insulation etc

i guess a good bricki between 90 to 110+ pounds a day

the next project for this team is a 2 bedroom loft extension for me also new boundry wall pillars & a hidiouse conservatory for the missus!

how mutch naging do you suffer ben. my misus a profesional, she nag me other day now im skint just bought her a pajero import, so now i am selling the volvo she wants the money for the house, oh nice garage

yeah nice workshop, beats my old pig shed! lol theres a lot to be said about keeping builders well fed and watered!
im a builder and i'd work a lot better for it!
and its funny because in most cases its always the people with the least that give the most cups of tea!

i dont know any bricklayers that would get out of bed for a mere 110 beans a day,lol.
the lad who walled my patio area in blocks cost me 200, for walling 3 packs. got it all done in a day so i was happy as i was labouring on him.
