Well halla lou ya. At last !!!

Tom i don`t know you,you seem like a level head guy but thank god you did some thing about what happened with this .Some people just have to be nasty don`t they .

Some of You guys are not very nice .

That guy spent many hours out in the garage building that mini , his dream his car.He didn`t give it to some one else to do , he had a go him self.
And for that ,having built a few cars i have alot of resect for him.

There are guys on this forum and other sites building minis
in all shapes , does it mean now they will be scared to share it with us.

And for the record i think the body work and the mini looks fine.Im sorry to hear that you have to sell it.
Jon

The stunt Feeble pulled by sending the guy the link was not necessary, hence the thread was locked.

If the bitching carries on I'll lock this one as well.

This is NOT the image Turbominis likes to uphold. There are a lot of very clever guys that post on this forum with VERY useful information, developments, tips. If this kind of pointless slagging off continues I do not think it will be long before they give up visiting this forum. If that happened, apart from it being a damn shame, the forum would possibly turn into another mini forum full of dross, and no-one wants that.

So, if you have nothing CONSTRUCTIVE to say about someones elses pride and joy, keep your thoughts to yourself.

If anyone wants to discuss this, feel free to send me PM's in the usual way.

Aah, Ive been looking to see what this thread is about.
Now I know.
That is similar to my first Mini which was a 1972 Fortech, I loved it and couldnt look when it was taken away.
It was featured in the second issue of Revs magazine so that goes to show that even if it isnt everybodys taste in Minis, that a lot of other people would love it.
Very interesting to see those arches with Zeemax bumpers. Good effort for trying it yourself. its actually a lot harder than most people realise.
paul

I seriously doubt it!

Am i right in thinking the link to this site was e-mailed to him?

Thats really bad - say what u want in private - but to say all that publicly then e-mail him to rub his face in it is well - not good
