Just thought i would introduce myself. Hopefully i can get some good information of this site.
I have a 1972 Mini with a 998 turbo. IT is currently boosting 14psi with water/mentaol injection kicking in a 8psi automatically. It is intercooled and runs twin delotes 45. I have posted some pics of it in the photo section. Have many other people on here turboed 998's. Mine has been dynoed at 155hp with the water/meth fully engaged.

Looks and sounds like a well sorted car. And the new 998 turbo banana record holder.

Can we have a bit more info on the car, cam, head, etc. etc.

I'm off to the garage now to aim at 160 rather than 150.

Fastest 998 mini in the world? 13.05 1/4 mile 106mph

Unfortunatly i didn't build the car. I swapped my dirtbike for it. It has been in storage for ten years since it was build. I am working my way thru it at the moment finding out all about it. It is running a mazda 323 turbo and intercooler which is feed thru twin 40mm delortes sidedraughts. It has water/meth injection before it enters the engine. It is very well built and has a air/oil seperater, oil cooler etc etc. if u guys have any more questions just ask. Take a look at the pics in the photo section and have a look at the engine install.
