Turbo van nearly done now, I am running coil overs all round. I can't find out any info regarding best spring rate for the rear- does anyone here know?

No ICE! But may want to move heavy objects at some point-after all it is a van!

First mini turbo to get in the 12's & site perv

Herefordshire

i have got rear coil overs, ive slated them in the past but im starting to warm to them since setting them up.

i probably would recomend anyone to fit them unless they have a reason for them, but since you have them you might aswell have a play and see how you get on

im running spax progressive springs on the back, i havent got a clue what rate they are but seem to be working well

All the Kits on the market ie Spax, Gaz, Protech are progressive spring, thats all theyll tell you. If you speak to Rod Avon at Protech, he may be able to do you specific rates.
If your only going for road use then the progressive will suit you fine.

I seriously doubt it!
