Turbo van nearly done now, I am running coil overs all round. I can't find out any info regarding best spring rate for the rear- does anyone here know? |

you dont want to be more than 150s to start with if its not loaded up with bloody ICE.

No ICE! But may want to move heavy objects at some point-after all it is a van! |

i have got rear coil overs, ive slated them in the past but im starting to warm to them since setting them up.

All the Kits on the market ie Spax, Gaz, Protech are progressive spring, thats all theyll tell you. If you speak to Rod Avon at Protech, he may be able to do you specific rates.
I seriously doubt it! |

an old europa catalog i have reckons 110 lb ,the grass track coil overs i scrounged have 70 lbs for a much lighter car .hope this helps .regards robert. Medusa + injection = too much torque for the dyno ..https://youtu.be/qg5o0_tJxYM |
