just wondering does anyone here run a supercharger as this is the best forum for forced induction on a mini really???
so I was just wondering...

i knwo the commonly used supercharger for the mini is the eaton e45 or m45 cant remember? from the new bini! well just wondering anyone ever thought about using a different style one? i found this on on fleabay! it looks like a good shape to fit under the mini bonnet and the intake etc seem to be in a good position for the mini just tell me what you all think? as in how would i make up manifolds? what is the proccess? thanks!

that is an eaton m45 type blower, as found on the bini. the mercedes kompressor uses an eaton m62 which is a bit bigger still. they are simple design that you dont need to give it an oil feed because it is sealed at manufacture.

i'm running an eaton m90 as fitted to aston db7, lister storm, hummers ect ect. mine just fits under the bonnet with a little raising at the back so the bini and merc ones will fit easier.

if you wanna delve into the supercharger fitment ideas that are floating around in my bonce, then pm me

the v max conversions look a bit flimsy to me. the belts are really really long without idlers, which encourages slipping!!!
