wahey! the beast as it is now :p bought it from e-bay (god bless) for 140 squid, its been deseamed (apart from the roof) has 1.5 degrees on negative camber, uprated shocks, metro turbo 4 pot calipers and ventred/grooved disks and it is absolutely rust free and waxoyled underneath..... peeerrrfffeeecccttttt. I love ebay :)

I had bought for it, twin 1.75" SU's, cooper S engine rebored to 1293cc with md286cam ,12g940 head and an LCB manifold which i was so close to fitting, untill i met some guys at a cruise in southend with turbo mini's and they convinced me to do the conversion.

So now i got me an Metro turbo engine, an intercooler from a series 2 RS turbo (coming soon) which i will fit as soon as i have given it the once over and done the mods to the bulkhead.
I cant wait to get this thing started.

*rant over*

thanx :)

what do you reckon a fair price would be for the cooper engine? Its in bits at the moment (although i could put it back together) and doesnt come with any ancilleries (although i have lots of spares lying about so maybe it could) Its also got a water cooled alloy inlet manifold and the LCB exhaust manifold. Not forgetting it has also had a +20 bore and has the md286 cam and the 12g940 head.
I dont know what a fair price would be. Should i just stick it on ebay?
Ohh, should i stick the Carbs in with it too or should i sell them seperately? :)

I'd sell it all built up... far less hassel.

If you use Ebay, make sure you state there is NO warrenty at all not even a litle bit! You get some right odd balls on Ebay!
