50ft x 3.5ft roll of kevlar cloth. genuine aircraft spec stuff. should be valued at around 500 quid
balls to the blower!!!

ha. i havent a clue how to use it so thats why i'm selling it! i thought originally about making a boot floor with some. then the door card idea came into my head. just havent got the time really or the resin! this is a bargain price by the way. the 500 quid price is cheap! balls to the blower!!!

Yeah, I have tried to cut kevlar before. 2 cuts with a stanley knife blade and it is blunt. So you turn it round, 2 more cuts, both ends are blunt and its bin fodder!

You need a few things to produce a front end. Basically you need a mould, then you will need release wax to prevent the gel coat from sticking to the mould.
