this may be a strange one but do any of you know where i can get a intercooler re-finned? it is a moddified rs turbo intercooler so i dont want to throw it away and buy a new one.

Not sure about your intercooler, but you should be able to get some stainless tubing in different sizes and bends from a decent exhaust place. My mate got his from a company called Powerflow.

i noticed a company on fleabay selling pipes seem ok . do a search for intercooler pipes. no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.
