here you are chaps . 500 twin t25 thema intercooler ,ported cams re phased , ignition two pickups on a one toothed wheel 180 deg apart ,two gm modules triggering a msd mc1 multi spark box two coil in the cap hayabusa coils ,, cagiva mito frame ,headstock reattached after scrap yard mishap ,built 2001 ,all piping inconel bar turbo inlet,um....thats about it . oh .135 bhp .70 odd lbs ft . happy now ? oh the vertical data log lines are launch ,and then 10 k in 3rd is 90 mph ,with a quicker gear change from 1st to 2nd i figure 4.5 s to 90 5 sec to 100.

alan , it was the biggest thing that would fit in the cagiva 125cc frame ,i wanted to use the 850 tdm motor but it wasnt going to fit ,and fortunately it turned out too ,because theyre a bit fragile. also the cb500 is cheap and available ,and the whole idea was to see how fast i could get it without spending a lot .regards robert ..oh pete ,its a bit on the experimental side ,so i hesitate to say here this is what iv done ,i tend to see every engine as a single thing so what has worked so well here may not work on another engine ,its all really down to a combination of parts right from the air filter to the exhaust tips. im sure you understand .
