To fit our T2 we have had to make a few bits, the exhaust elbow being one bit being made now.

The problem is that the fitmant of a T2 on to a metro manifold using the 'Jimster/TD' adaptor plate is not an exact science. Meaning that any elbow that was made up wouldn't necessarily be a good fit. Fastest 998 mini in the world? 13.05 1/4 mile 106mph

I may be able to offer that once I have finished the one I am making and tested it for a bit to make sure it is up to the job. Until then it will be just the plate. http://www.twin-turbo.co.uk

Yes its the same - however you may need to drill and tap an extra hole in your turbine housing.

There is also a variance in some of the T2 / T25 housings... One of the four 'supposedly standard' studs moves by 3mm or so.

i sure the t2 exhaust flange is different to the t25 as i went to a turbo shop when i was making my dump pipe as they had pre cut flanges and the t25 one didnt fit.

This is what we have done with ours. It needs a bit of tidying, but you get the idea.

It's closer to the subframe than the potjoint, but easy 5mm from the joint. Fastest 998 mini in the world? 13.05 1/4 mile 106mph

I will be getting some made in the near future. I will put a post when I am ready. Basically me and a mate are going to try and put a big order in (bits for his imp) to keep the cost down.

It is definately a good idea to seperate the wastegate gasses and the turbine gasses and join the wastegate gasses later on.

I've been using a simular downpipe, (all though custom made) for a few years, every little has got to help On 15th May, 2009 TurboDave said:
