T25 on a 1400 engine? I wouldn't have thought so... On 17th Nov, 2014 Tom Fenton said:

fiat uno have never been turbocharged by a T25 , they were by ihi rhb5 or small t2's with the same specs of the gtturbo, the only difference is that they have round turb hsg inlet , this make them more difficults to adapt. |

I 'm troubled by the fact (not concerning you directly Paul , but it's more a general consideration), that turbo nutters , even if they want to crap their too big T3 , prefer a t25 (created later to fill the range let between the t2 and the T3) instead of a T2 , the t2 are the smallers and so the best mached, we are turbocharging a 1275 not a 1800 ; t3 are ok from 1800 to 2500cc's , the t25 are from 1600 to 2000's; if we were using an engine with the revs capacity of 8000's it could be ok, but the mini engine, by it conception limit the rev factor so even if the boost can be highly upgraded, the T2 will match better as it corespond to the airflow demand

Hum hum, it's very difficult to match T03 and t2, t25 parts the hsg are differently mounted , the t03's are bolted ; the t02 are clamped, the wheels diameters differs a lot.....

I'll post a pic as the compressor side, has round inlet and outlets and the exhust has square inlet's and outlets. Its not a major problem in getting them adapted as I have access to a full cnc machine shop, all I do is draw it up, as dxf, email it done and a couple of days later, it arrives on my desk.!
