my cars a clubby and im fitting a cozzy intercooler behind the grill. and am thicking of fitted a metro rad upfront which will be behind the intercooler just wondering if the intercooler and rad is going to still work ok/ efficiently. could i ask peoples opinions on wheather they think this will work.

It should work fine from a temp point of view, a lot of modern cars have the I/c in front of the water rad. Some evn have three layers, with i/c, air con rad and water rad.

The only physical problem you will need to check is if you have enough room depth wise, check that the radiator will fit behind the cooler without fouling the dizzy/alternator.

when i fitted a metro rad in mine, i had to cut away one of the fan supports and also a little off of the tip of each fan blade to clear the dizzy so i can say you WONT get a intercooler infront of the rad too!

DOH, just read u dont have a dizzy.. likewise i dont have one either but its still dead tight. Still dont think it'll fit with a intercooler infront tbh, but have a go.

Mine has a cosworth cooler behind the grill, and the metro rad below that. I had to remove a lot of the front panel to let the iar through, but it works brilliantly

I think I would be able to get the 4x4 in though with a squeeze

I`ve got the cos i/c 4x4 in the front of my clubby
but with a side rad and oil cooler on the bottom were the holes are in the front panel
