been speaking to a guy who can make up some replacement bimetalic strips but what is the best thing to make them out of? stainless stell? what grade etc, cheers gav |

the ones i did were out of some s/s 316 i think or it could have been nimonic 75, bit ott but it was on the laser bed at the time of opportunity,

yes stainless is the thing. Best 1/4 mile 13.2 seconds @116 mph

ah ok cheers mate, the guy i'm talking to says they may be quite expensive, not sure how but he hasnt said a price yet so we will see.. |

would anyone else be interested in these, basically he has asked me to give him an indication of how much i am willing to pay but i have no idea really how much i should say, any ideas roughly? |
