got some of my metro turbo parts for sale if anyone is interested in bidding on them, as not doing the conversion anymore due to a change of heart and me buying a starlet GT turbo instead.

Hi mate, that su carb and inlet looks like a std mg metro one, not a turbo. Could be wrong as the pic isnt the best though. Pretty sure its not though.

Just dont want you to get any grief if its not the turbo version *smiley*

It is definately a turbo manifold, it is just some clown has put the carb on it upside down!

Can't really see whether it is a turbo carb or not. However it doesn't look to have the large-ish bore breather pipe coming out of it at an angle so it may well be a turbo item.

ha ha, doh! makes perfect sense now you pointed it out. teach me to look quickly.

Wasnt saying it wasnt btw lanxter, as i said just didnt want you to get any grief.

looking back at the carb i do actually think its turbo, you can see the part lean-off i think.

just the manifold threw me!! *happy*

cheers lads, i havent even touched the carb myself so the guy who sold it me could have put it on upside down, but i was told it was a HIF turbo carb when i purchased it, but tbh i dont know much abput them.

It is a turbo carb as the throttle linkage is on the correct side


Metro turbo weekend driver,Mini turbo in the making again!
