Wellers 13x5,
They have been fitted with rubber in the past, but never been used on or off the road...
Tyres have been taken off, but due to these wheels being the way they are, where the weights were they need a slight tap with a hammer....

Other than that, VERY good condition, they NEED rubber fitting to them.
