I'm wanting to fit a DV and have seen the following:

ABR8010/1 Modified carb' spacer: Modified carburetter spacer with vaccum adapter fitted for connecting dump valve. ( longer manifold studs needed ) ?16.95
CHS2514K Stud kit Longer inlet manifold stud/nut kit for modified spacer. ?6.55

If I get these 2 things does that mean I won't need to drill a hole in my plenum??

you will still need to drill a hole in your plenum, this is just for the vaccum pipe

Yep, there is the take-off in the middle of the inlet manifold.

Anywhere on the inlet manifold is ok though.

I know the take-off you mean. Would it be ok to just fit a 2 way adaptor to this take off or is it best to drill and tap a new one?

If you go and root out your local scrapyard, Montego/maestros have the same 'banjo bolt' as fitted to the metro turbos, but rather than having a 1/8BSPtaper hole tapped in the top, has a 4mm pipe sticking out - ideal for fitting a dump valve to!

That's my reccomendation!

Id put a seperate one on if it was me. there is a flat, round cast circle on the inlet perfect for tapping into. :)
