I'm testing the water on this one as I just don't have the time to enjoy this superbly quick mini so I thought I would see what if any interest there is. I'm not going to be giving this mini away so the price is realistic for what it has cost me and what I would have to spend to replace it.SO here goes......

1979 V Reg Roundnose.
6 Months Tax
MOT end of July 04.

In really good condition.
Full photo history of rebuild in the mid 90's.
Sprayed in Spectrum Yellow with Blue roof and arches.
Fully removeable flip steel front.
Bodywork is in very good condition.
Little bit of rust but nothing significant.

Full Low mileage MG Metro Turbo Engine fitted.
Green Air Filter.
Group A piston Dump Valve. (Nice and loud)
Intercooler.
Bleed Valve
2 core radiator & mechanical fan.
Oil Cooler.
Various alloy bits.
Maniflow downpipe and 2"exhaust system with 3" tailpipe. This gives a really nice exhaust note.
All fuel system modifications done including return pipe etc
This is one quick engine and the boost is set to it's lowest setting.
The engine also comes with a full spare turbo set up, carb, inlet manifolds and Turbo.

HiLos
Spax adjustable shocks

Discs on the front, braided hoses
Cross grooved and drilled
Uprated Drums

Full Roll cage.
Pair of Sparco Racing seats.
4 point harnesses.
Push button start.
Aluminium dash - Elliot gauges inc Rev counter, boost gauge, speedo, temp gauge, oil pressure.

Halogen headlights
Tinted rear lenses
Clear front indicators.

13" Revolution alloys
Euro Arches
Debumpered front and back.

Chrome mirrors.
Chrome fuel cap.
Chrome Wipers
Alloy door furniture.
Chrome handbrake cover
Alloy gearknob
Sparco steering wheel
Sparco Pedal Set.

This mini is in superb condition and will give you hours of pleasure.
I just haven't got the time to enjoy this to the maximum.

Thanks for posting the pic Iain.

I'm considering it at the moment. Not 100% sure I want to part with it.
Just struggling to give it the time it needs. When the lighter nights come might be a bit better for getting out and about.

If some one makes me the right offer. I could be tempted.

I had it up for sale in one of the mags last year sometime, Early summer i think it was.

Also saw it for sale in an old mini mag last week, 2000 one it was. It was the year before i bought it.

Didnt realise you did mate. Yeah i remember buying the car, was pot luck really. Came in after a few beers, saw it, fell in love with it, bought it within 30mins!!

Keith, it was just an advert in the back, was up for ?2800. Think it was miniworld October 2000.

Shame we havent a scanner at work otherwise id scan it in.

cool ok, well hope the pictures help with the sale, its a top quality car.

(pssssst look at the dashboard if you havent seen it already! mmmmmm....)
