Just a quick q, cars comeign off the road so i can final bolt the turbo on, but my car curently has a single box, centre exit 1/75"bore (2" at tail) exhaust, and the cutout to match in my bodykit, your exhaust looks similar, what you running?

Anyone: think the single box RC40 wil be to restrictive!? may run with it...

1.75 bore is a bit restrictive ... Ive got a cheap 2 inch system from Welsh mini spares (?27 + delivery) , i origionally got it as a tempary solution.... BUT a year and 3 months later its stil there!!

evolotion, what sort of power are you after?? as i 1.3/4" may be fine.
As for the end of my ex i got a chrome end from a motor factor place, then welded it on.

not much, cars a daily driver so got to be sensible, so no more than 10PSI. on a 1380. i duno , but no more than 120bhp id imagine.

that 2 inch system a centre exit??

whats the diameter of the metro downpipe? believe its less than 2"?

yes the metro pipe is smaller then 2" as for your power i would think a 1.3/4 would be ok, it would make it nice at the bottom to.
