Am i ok to use rockers from a 998cc engine?

Its for a 1040cc block with turbo head on it.

Also, what pushrods should i be using? Do I use 998 ones? I have new cam followers should i buy new pushrods?

The valve spacing is different between the 998 and 1275 heads, so you'll have to use thbe cortreccly spaced rockers. I'm guessing that you have a 1275 head as you say it's a turbo one.

You will need to use the correct (shorter) pushrods from a 998, otherwise you won't have any valve clearance.

The sintered rockers are the same, but there is a difference on the pressed steel ones. The 998 ones have round valve contact pads whereas the 1275s are oval. The oval ones are supposedly of higher lift, but I've never measured myself.

To space the rockers sideways are a doddle!
