Hi guys,

i thought id put this little lot up here. It wont be a bolt together job for a mini or metro, fabrication of brackets and parts will be needed, it is all there ready for a manifold to be fabricated.

For £300 i will include the turbocharger which is a garett VNT15 ball bearing unit, with less than 1000miles from new. An external wastegate which was purchased at the same time as the turbo, and the link pipe that will fit on to a janspeed medium bore manifold (1.75" i think). All of the flanges are custom CNC'd and can be used for a custom manifold like the Janspeed metro turbo set up.

The carb is a 1.75" montego turbo unit that has been fully rebuilt with a new spindle, butterfly, seals and gaskets, jet, needle, and float valve. There is also the regulator to maintain fuel pressure.

The intercooler is a german made unit for the montego turbo, and all of the associated pipe work to and from turbo and intercooler.

For £450 i will include a microdynamics EMS 6 ignition controller and pressure sensor, this enables the turbo system to be used on stock compression with more boost. Also a lucas D45 dizzy with newtronic optical ignition system, again with very few miles on.

Well im going fully programmable injection and ignition with a turbo and a supercharger.

Gotta fund it somehow!
