What is the thread size of the hole in the head where the temperature sender.
Fastest 998 mini in the world? 13.05 1/4 mile 106mph

I might be wrong, but it I was under the impression it was a horrid thread, very close to 5/8, also its tapered isnt it?

I had my SPi head tapped 5/8 UNF for the standard temp transmitter.

I'm pretty sure that on my head the sender hole has a bottom to it (with a hole for the bulb to poke thru) and is tapped 5/8UNF right down to this point. On 28th Aug, 2011 Kean said:
