did anyone else shout "LOOK OUT!" at the computer screen?

i wheel came of a hgv 2 months ago on the island at about 40mph, killed a young cyclist coming the other way (the island under 17 champion), that fella doesnt look in too good a shape either, definately not getting up anytime soon is he.

all the hgv drivers on the island now have to sign a piece of paper confirming theyve checked their trucks wheel bolts are all torqued up before they leave the depot.
