Just got back from a great day at Morspeed rolling road shootout, got best overall with 130bhp @ wheels and 138 curlys @ wheels.

Commiserations to Nick (bud666) who was happy enough that his car stayed in one piece and made 108bhp @ wheels with some very bad fueling / ignition problems.

time for a megajolt mate *happy*

yup, saw the 16 valver and it looked very nice indeed! Even saw a turbo mini running the pistons down the bores *tongue*


Was a really good day though and big thanks to simon for putting up with us all.

my car was/is running like shite though. definately time for a megajolt and a carb rebuild. still wont touch keans (T2clubby's) though until i get it down onto a T2 i dont think.

Well done on your results, just one thing, are you sure about one lot of your figs??? i onlt ask as 8 bhp losses isn't going to be right*wink*

meant to come watch this myself, but unfortunalty was held up with family birthdays.

Glad everyone had a good time, nick someone said somehting about paul the operator giving your car a lot of welly on the rollers? whats the beans?

he was trying to give it lots of welly but the car wouldn't have it.

Lots of popping, banging etc and shitloads of black fuel smoke aswell as some blue at idle. time to retire the carb and dizzy i think. going to rebuild me spare carb and get a jolt sorted out.
